Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS

Exchanges are only possible if the item is in stock. Face Australia Co must be notified of any shipping damage within 48 hours of having received the product. All other manufacturing faults are covered by a 3-month warranty from date of purchase (see below).

If a return is international, the parcel must be marked as a return item as to avoid extra customs duties and taxes.

Face Australia Co reserves the right to deny a credit or exchange.

A refund will not be given for change of mind, however a store credit is available. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the packaging remains intact and all labelling is left on the product.

Unfortunately all sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.

Although Face Australia Co thoroughly checks content that is placed on the website, all descriptions and prices are subject to mistakes due to human error. Face Australia Co reserves the right to correct content at any time.

Face Australia Co reserves the right to cancel an order if it appears to be intended for resale or something other than personal use. For wholesale enquiries please contact us here.

PROCESS

Should you believe that your product fits the criteria for credit or exchange, please email us here with a description of the issue, as well as accompanying photos and a scan or screenshot of your purchase receipt within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A refund code will be issued, this should be used in all correspondence.  Exchanges or credits will not be considered without proof of purchase.

Face Australia Co will then assess whether or not the product meets the criteria for consideration of credit or exchange. We will advise you via email of the outcome. If the product is approved for a manual inspection then the customer will be asked to post the product back to Face Australia Co. You will be notified via email of the outcome.

Should the product qualify for credit or exchange, the procedure will be processed as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days. If we believe the product does not qualify for refund or exchange then the product will be shipped back to the consumer and they will be billed for all shipping costs incurred, and a notification email will be sent.

INSURANCE

Face Australia Co is in no way responsible for replacing lost or stolen items once they have been delivered to the specified address.
